Slidetec Water baths S
The Slidetec Water S is a specialized water bath designed for stretching and drying cut tissue samples in histological, pathological, clinical, and bacteriological laboratories. Its outer housing is constructed from a powder-coated aluminum sheet. At the same time, the body of the bath and the edges used for drying the mounted paraffin sections are made from black anodized aluminum sheets. The units can be regulated via an electromechanical temperature controller with a capillary tube sensor, which operates in a temperature range from 5 °C above room temperature to approximately 80 °C. A thermal fuse protects in case of dry running. The bath employs indirect heating, with the plate radiator, thermostat sensor, and temperature fuse located beneath the body of the bath.
